I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! A truly wonderful pair of caring, compassionate ladies!
We dropped lucky in finding this incredible team to take care of my nan whilst we went away on holiday. After being let down last minute by a much bigger, more commercial care company we were so stressed and worried about finding someone who could meet my nans care needs as she has quite advanced dementia and gets very confused. Kathy put me at ease within the first 5 minute phone call when she asked me exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to offer us the overnight service we needed, she visited twice before the care commenced which really help put my nan at ease and I could tell immediately that she and my nan were going to get along great! We had regular updates throughout the week, my nan had been singing and dancing to Elvis and Kathy had even managed to get her to have a shower (which is a really big issue for us usually). On our return my nan was the happiest I’ve seen her in ages, she said she really loved Kathy’s company every night and had had a wonderful week! I’m so grateful for Kathy and Sam for looking after my nan so well and treating her with such compassion and care, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone ❤️ Thank you both so much!
