Burntwood Business (BB): Jacqui, it’s truly fascinating to meet someone with your unique set of skills. Could you share with us the journey that led you to become an International Psychic Medium and Spiritual Development Mentor?
Jacqui Brown (JB): Where do I start 🤔 I have been aware of Spirit visiting from a very early age and have always been very interested in exploring the why, what, and wheres of many subjects like reincarnation, the afterlife, tarot, and all things of that genre. In my early 30s, I decided it was time to do some professional development, and I enrolled in many, many courses and workshops to enhance and develop what I knew intuitively was there already. (since my 18-30s had been spent doing what young people do 😁🫣)
BB: That’s quite a shift! What inspired you to embrace your spiritual calling after a career in the corporate world?
JB: In 2010, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia after working in the corporate world for 20+ years and was very poorly for two years. I made the decision to become self-employed and read for clients at home.
BB: Interesting! How do your psychic readings differ from others in the field?
JB: My reading will differ slightly from others in the same field as we all work slightly differently using our own unique skill sets.
BB: I’ve heard a lot about Reiki healing. Can you explain the process and benefits of a Reiki healing session with you?
JB: Although I am a reiki practitioner, I’m unable to offer this service at the moment as I am so busy with readings and teaching. I do, however, pass any enquiries onto a friend who is a reiki master.
BB: There’s often a lot of confusion around what a psychic medium does. What common misconceptions would you like to address?
JB: There are many misconceptions about mediums. A Psychic is not the same as a Medium. Psychic ability is the ability to link in with the client and read that energy. Mediums use mediumship to connect to loved ones in spirits. I have both abilities enabling me to give a more comprehensive service. I will also include divination which is the art of reading cards, whether they be Tarot, Angel, or others.
BB: Authenticity and accuracy must be crucial in your line of work. How do you ensure this in your readings?
JB: To ensure authenticity and accuracy in a reading I will be able to offer specific information and details that my client can validate.
BB: For someone new to this, what can they expect from your Beginner’s Workshop?
JB: The Beginners Development Workshop is a fantastic course which I personally created based on many years of learning myself. The workshop is now online so that it is accessible worldwide. Newcomers can expect a video at the beginning of each module of me introducing the module and talking them through. I have a down-to-earth friendly approach. Newcomers can also expect downloadable worksheets, the lesson, and exercises for them to complete in each module. The programme has been designed so that you can work at your own pace. It’s also accessible forever. Each module is not going to disappear once completed. so you benefit from using it or refreshing your knowledge as many times as you’d like. An added advantage is also having me on hand 24/7, as once purchased, you will be added to my free-of-charge members-only private Facebook group. No subscription No cost. Where everyone who is currently or has completed the course have a safe place where they’ll find like-minded people to ask questions and discuss their progress. We have been known to have social get-togethers as the group has such a friendly vibe.
BB: How does spiritual development mentorship with you typically progress?
JB: Typically if, once the Beginners Development Workshop is completed there are two intermediate and two advanced courses also available to purchase from the website.
BB: Can you share a memorable experience where you felt you made a significant impact on someone’s life through your services?
JB: I frequently get wonderful testimonials which I share on my social platforms which speak for themselves. Many of my clients have said what a huge and positive effect I’ve had after a visit or after completing the Workshops. I’m humbled to be working with spirit.
BB: What advice do you have for someone who is skeptical but curious about psychic readings and spiritual development?
JB: If anyone is looking for a psychic or medium, I’d advise them to understand the difference between those two words and know what services they’re looking for and who can offer what they need. As I’ve said I do both, but this industry is like all others and each has its own language that sometimes the general public do not understand. With regards to advice around starting the Workshop and starting a spiritual journey I would say I offer the best of many years of training with some fantastic top International Mediums but with the added bonus of having me on hand 24/7.
BB: How does your background in the corporate world influence your approach to spiritual practices?
JB: My background in the corporate world possibly helps with the sales and marketing side of the business but I’m very happy to be free of the rat race and all of the negativity of a high pressured environment.
BB: In your Mediumship Workshops, how do you help participants connect with the spirit world?
JB: Connecting with the spirit world is not something to be taken lightly or easily and can only be achieved through careful and mindful practice.
BB: What are some common challenges your clients face in their spiritual journey, and how do you assist them?
JB: Clients enrolling in the Workshops may have different reasons for doing so. Some may want to dip their toe in just for a better understanding. Some may choose to develop their own abilities. I assist with the huge amount of information provided plus the free members group.
BB: Can you describe a particularly challenging case and how you handled it?
JB: Clients come in all shapes, sizes, and attitudes. I love a skeptic! I don’t find any of these challenging. I just do my job and let the evidence speak for itself.
BB: Finally, what future plans or developments do you have in store for ‘Hello from Heaven’?
JB: I’m currently working on more Workshops. I’m also developing some freebies and giveaways. Watch this space! 😃
