Sarah is a very knowledgeable trainer, with many years of experience. She gives soo much encouragement in sessions to help keep you not only motivated but to also push yourself past what you ‘think’ you are capable of. She takes a genuine care and interest in you as a person making the sessions more enjoyable and ‘relaxed’ so you actually look forward to your sessions. Each session is tailored to what you need and is provided in a safe and comfortable space taking away the anxiety and stresses of a normal training environment.
