I started to see Sarah twice a week last April as I wanted to get back into weight training but had lost my confidence. Sarah has been in the fitness industry for years and was known to me and I knew that she was the person I wanted to work with. I am post menopause and was struggling to maintain my weight and overall tone. I was a bit worried about working 121 as I thought I would feel really self conscious but Sarah really puts you ate ease, she challenges you and encourages you to push yourself just outside of your comfort zone and the results happen. I have now gained the confidence I needed to join a gym and Sarah does my programme which we review every month. I can fully recommend Sarah if you are not sure about weight training, she will work with you to achieve your personal goals and when you do she is your biggest cheerleader. She is a lovely, kind, caring and compassionate person and my sessions were always so much fun.
