I was looking up on everything a few weeks ago and as we signed a contract and you give us your vans to use and tools and everything else and everything we have to do i:e pictures and that is classed as employment there for you should be paying all tax’s and national insurance to all your workers. Also your breaking the law when drivers are out from 5am till 11:30pm then back at it a few hours later. Not to mention overweight vans 800kg you are allowed in them vans with driver and porter. Also £110 a day is a insult to humanity some days working for £6 per hour this should be at least minimum wage you company isn’t run well at all I’ve got all evidence and times days and everything I’m taking you to court as I’ve also got a bad back injury working for your company with no lifting equipment onboards your vans for the good when a maximum a human can carry is 25kg without lifting equipment. Also you’re not going to have many staff left soon. I’ll see you in court. I’ve also got a picture of the contract
