Introduced to Sarah by a gym friend. Havi g didn’t over £3k on treatments previously thought I’d give Sarah a try. Had treatment every 4 weeks did my homework , with the bands supplied by Sarah and a reoccurring boxing injury was on the way to recovery. Fingers crossed as long as I look after it with Sarah’s help and advice I’m sorted and can train in the gym again. Money well spent.
I have known Sarah for many years her work ethic and professionalism is second to none, very dedicated to the health and fitness industry, teaching young adults that are new to the industry to personal training that will improve anyone that wants get fitter . Her personal fitness regime are well suited from the beginner to the professional sports men and women that come back time and time again. Sarah knows her stuff and even pushed herself to doing the Staffordshire Ironman. Big respect .
I’ve been having PT sessions and sports massages for over 3 years with Sarah. She is highly professional, knows exactly what I need to work on and always personalises the sessions. The massages tend to focus on tension areas and I find that they really help me, alongside the PT sessions. I would highly recommend Sarah for both!
I started to see Sarah twice a week last April as I wanted to get back into weight training but had lost my confidence. Sarah has been in the fitness industry for years and was known to me and I knew that she was the person I wanted to work with. I am post menopause and was struggling to maintain my weight and overall tone. I was a bit worried about working 121 as I thought I would feel really self conscious but Sarah really puts you ate ease, she challenges you and encourages you to push yourself just outside of your comfort zone and the results happen. I have now gained the confidence I needed to join a gym and Sarah does my programme which we review every month. I can fully recommend Sarah if you are not sure about weight training, she will work with you to achieve your personal goals and when you do she is your biggest cheerleader. She is a lovely, kind, caring and compassionate person and my sessions were always so much fun.
I have been having regular massages from Sarah to help with the strongman events i take part in. SHe always remembers what we chatted about in our last sessions and checks up on my family. Priceless!! Massages are ace and i love the infra red cups and the heated blade. Helped me recently with an injury and we continue to rehab it every four weeks. Sarah gives me my exercises to complete for homework too.
Sarah is a very knowledgeable trainer, with many years of experience. She gives soo much encouragement in sessions to help keep you not only motivated but to also push yourself past what you ‘think’ you are capable of. She takes a genuine care and interest in you as a person making the sessions more enjoyable and ‘relaxed’ so you actually look forward to your sessions. Each session is tailored to what you need and is provided in a safe and comfortable space taking away the anxiety and stresses of a normal training environment.
Sarah is an excellent PT. She has the emotional intelligence coupled with expert knowledge to know when and how much to push you in sessions supporting you to reach your goal. Her gym is a safe space to train where her focus is on you. She also makes it fun.. Every visit, I end up laughing at something. So every sessions is a bit of therapy not only for your body but your mind as well. It is just what I need to help with the stresses of every day life.
I used to love working out and the benefits it gave me fitness wise and for my mental health. I had 3 years out after having a baby and bereavement, thought it was impossible to find my way back…then I met Sarah. She is knowledgeable, she is so passionate and genuine and pushing you to do your best. I’ve also had sports massage and she’s excellent and again knows her stuff. I can highly recommend her and think if your unsure or a little apprehensive, choose Sarah and you won’t look back.
Sarah totally adapts her PT sessions to suit. Sarah encourages every step of the way but also explains why and what the exercise is aiming to achieve. I have been going to Sarah for some years and whilst I still need to lose weight my fitness and my well being has improved 100%. Sarah is a lovely lady who really does care about her clients. Can only give Sarah the highest of accolades – she is a credit to her profession.
Sarah is extremely good at her job! Knowledgeable and professional. She has helped me to recover safely from surgery and continues to provide me with advice and assistance along with superb massages. I can highly recommend Sarah. You will not be disappointed.
This is update from previous review which scored incorrectly….. Sarah is highly professional, with an exceptionally high level of knowledge to support all sports related needs and recovery. Sarah enables my recovery and helps to prevent sports related injuries. I would highly recommend Sarah, who provides excellent value for money
